Nokia 1202 not ringing not vibrating when any one call.

The first step:  SYMPTOM: if you here message tone when message came but when any one call you, you got nothing no vibration and no ringtone.... and also when you go settings > tone settings > ringtone > YOUR MOBILE RESTARTS.
